Melee kills are rare and only on redbars, finishers will mostly be used for special finisher and at the end of a room so that the felwinter effect wouldn't do much anyways. Instead you could run the new boots and the fragment to increase class ability gain. Or for solo play karnsteins, transversive, eye of another world.

Run it with a melee heavy build, maybe slap on a monte carlo while you're at it and go to town.
